Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

I promise to post new recipes I try that I find fabulously delicious! Well it's been awhile since I've found a new recipe worthy of a post but here it is! This requires simple ingredients and makes a ton! I found the recipe here, but try not to compare photos, lol! As I've said before, I'm not a photographer! =D
Also 2 reasons mine did not turn out like hers. 1.) I used shredded instead of grated parmesan. 2.) Mine could have cooked for a a few more minutes. But it was still ALL very, very yummy!
You will Need:
2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
1 1/3 C. Barely Warm Water
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Salt
3 1/2 C. Flour (or Better for Bread Flour)
1/4 C. Melted Butter
1 Tbs. Dried Parsley Flakes
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 C. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Marinara Sauce (found by the spaghetti sauce)
What You're Gonna Do:
In a large mxing bowl mix together the water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Mix in the olive oil, salt and flour. Mix with dough hook for 5 minutes or by hand for 7 minutes. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and place a thin damp towel over the dough. Let the dough rise for 1 1/2 hrs- 2 hrs.
In a small bowl comine melted butter, minced garlic and dried parsley flakes.
Tear off small pieces of dough and roll into 1 inch balls. Coat each dough ball into the butter mixture and arrange a layer in the bottom of a bundt pan. Sprinkle on 2 Tbs. of grated parmesan over the first layer. Repeat another dough ball layer and sprinkle with the remaing 2 Tbs. of grated parmesan cheese! Cover the budnt pan with a damp, thin cloth and let stand/ raise 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes!
