How cute and EASY are these!? I first saw these a year ago when my sister in law brought them to us. Since them I have seen them all over the internet and in magazines! There are different ways to make them. Some use the oroiginal candy corn for the noses, some uses brown M&M's for the eyes. But they all turn out delicious!
Here's what I used:
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
Chocolate Frosting
Oreo Cookies
Junior Mints
Caramel Candy Corn
Mix and bake the cupcakes according to package directions. Once they are cooled, frost with the chocolate frosting and assemble as shown!
I used a dab of the chocolate frosting to secure the Junior Mints to the Oreos.
